We have created this website to enable potential clients to provide expressions of interest, feedback etc on the following –
The Development itself is to commence in May of this year, with a target opening date of August/September pending final design. We have shown a few options for your perusal and look forward to your enquiries. As shown within the planned options, this development can indeed be taken as a whole (option 1, approx. 1800sq ft) or split (options 2 & 3) again to accommodate a particular client’s requirements. We can also look at the layout of a singular or multiple let option, accommodating a kitchen, toilets, meeting room etc again as required. The big plus with the Home Farm office development is the parking. There will be defined 2 pair office space allocated with an additional visitors car park of around 8 vehicle spaces for all to utilise. Again should one client take the opportunity to let as a whole, an allocated 12 spaces will be available (more available on request). Location wise we are directly alongside the A63. Allowing excellent links to Hull or onto the M62.
